国内外乡村旅游发展给大连的启示

Enlightenment from the Development of Rural Tourism at Home and Abroad to Dalian

基于对国内外乡村旅游发展的调查研究,运用对比等方法研究大连地区乡村旅游业的发展现状。结果表明,目前大连乡村旅游发展存在以下问题:(1)乡村旅游项目分布较零散且规模小、基础设施不够完善;(2)乡村旅游项目单一且季节性较强;(3)发展乡村旅游项目的同时对当地周围环境破坏严重;(4)乡村旅游项目品牌化效益低,市场机制不完善。根据国外经验大连地区乡村旅游应作做出以作调整:(1)加强基础设施建设,营造优质乡村旅游服务;(2)丰富乡村旅游项目,提高乡村旅游品质;(3)增强环保意识,遵循可持续发展原则;(4)完善市场机制,发挥政府作用。充分认识大连地区乡村旅游业发展,能为区域产业结构的优化,经济整体的发展提供依据。

Based on the investigation and research on the development of rural tourism at home and abroad, the development status of rural tourism in Dalian is studied by contrast method. The results show that there are the following problems in the development of rural tourism in Dalian:(1) the distribution of rural tourism projects is scattered and small, and the infrastructure is not perfect;(2) rural tourism projects are single and seasonal;(3) development of rural tourism projects At the same time, the local environment is seriously damaged;(4) the rural tourism project has low branding efficiency and the market mechanism is not perfect. According to foreign experience, rural tourism in Dalian should be adjusted to:(1) strengthen infrastructure construction and create high-quality rural tourism services;(2) emich rural tourism projects and improve rural tourism quality;(3) enhance environmental awareness and follow the principle of sustainable development;(4) Improve the market mechanism and play the role of the government. Fully understanding the development of rural tourism in Dalian can provide a basis for the optimization of regional industrial structure and the overall development of the economy.
