国家能源集团国际化现状、问题与对策分析

Analyses on the Current Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of the Internationalization of National Energy Group

本文从企业国际化发展战略的相关理论出发,重点分析了国家能源投资集团国际化战略的现状、问题和对策。研究发现,国家能源投资集团一直是企业国际化战略的坚定倡导者和先行者,并在实践中取得了不俗的成绩。但是,也还存在着海外业务发展结构不平衡、受潜在政治风险影响较大、与"一带一路"沿线合作较少等问题。本文提出了稳步推进"国际化"战略落实生根、苦练内功扎实提升国际化经营水平、以差异化竞争提高国际市场竞争力、建立有效的跨国经营风险应对机制等政策建议。

Starting from the relevant theories of enterprise internationalization development strategy,this paper focuses on the analyses of the status quo,problems and countermeasures of the internationalization strategy of the National Energy Investment Group.The study finds that the National Energy Investment Group has been a firm advocate and pioneer of enterprise internationalization strategy,achieving good results in practice.But it also has problems such as unbalanced development of overseas business structure,greater potential political risk and less cooperation with countries along the "one belt and one road".In this regard,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions,such as steadily promoting the implementation of the "internationalization"strategy,practicing hard internal skills to improve the level of internationalization,improving the competitiveness of international market through differentiated competition,and establishing an effective risk response mechanism for transnational operations.
