摘要
为了研究氧化酶法快速测定赖氨酸发酵液中的赖氨酸含量的可行性,借助生物传感分析仪,连续使用酶膜50天的结果表明:膜的活性仍在800 mv以上、酶膜完整、线性(R^2=0. 9997)优良;检测结果的相对偏差、标准误差均优于茚三酮显色法;检测总成本(100批次/天)为11. 40元,低于茚三酮显色法的42. 62元,在大规模生产中监控赖氨酸含量变化可行。
In order to study the feasibility of rapid determination of lysine content in lysine fermentation broth by oxidase method,with the help of biosensor analyzer,the results of continuous application of enzyme membrane for 50 days showed that the membrane activity is still above 800 mv,the enzyme membrane is intact and linear(R^2=0.9997)is good.The relative deviation and standard error of the results were better than ninhydrin coloration method.The total cost of detection(100 batches per day)was 11.40 yuan,which was lower than 42.62 yuan of ninhydrin coloration method.It was feasible to monitor the change of lysine content in large-scale production.
