摘要 为了实现液压支架运动状态的仿真及监测,建立液压支架虚拟样机模型,在Unreal引擎中进行虚拟场景搭建。用位移传感器获取液压支架前立柱与后立柱的位移参数,并将其导入液压支架运动学方程,再利用遗传算法对液压支架运动学方程进行求解,将求解的结果作为Broyden算法的初始值继续迭代,从而求得液压支架位姿参数,用以驱动虚拟场景中液压支架的运动,结合HTC Vive虚拟现实设备对液压支架运动状态进行仿真及监测。 In order to simulate and monitor the motion state of hydraulic support, the virtual prototype model of hydraulic support is established and the virtual scene in Unreal engine is built. The displacements of front column and rear column of hydraulic support are obtained using the displacement sensors. The displacements are imported into the kinematic equations of hydraulic support. The kinematic equations are solved with the genetic algorithm, and the results of the solutions are iterated as the initial values of the Broyden algorithm to obtain the posture parameters of hydraulic support. The posture parameters are used to drive the motion of hydraulic support in a virtual scene, and the motion state simulation and monitoring of hydraulic support are realized combined with HTC Vive virtual reality device.
