缠绕式水力割缝机换向传动轴仿真分析

摘要 通过UG对缠绕式水力割缝机换向系统的传动轴、平键齿轮、花键齿轮建立精确的三维模型,将装配模型导入Workbench软件并进行动力学仿真分析。得出传动轴上各位置所受应力大小,验证了母材的可行性。分析了传动轴上存在的应力集中现象以及花键、键槽受力情况,得出会发生疲劳破坏的关键部位,为传动轴模型优化提供依据。 The direction -reversible system of spiral hydraulic slotting machine, including the transmission shaft, the gear with flat and the spline key, was rigidly built in the UG. The model was then introduced into ANSYS Workbench, in which the dynamical analysis was completed. The stresses in the transmission shaft were calculated, and the possibility of the material in-use was proved to be capable. By analyzing the existing stress concentration and the load conditions of the spline key, the main area where fatigue damages can easily take place were positioned, which can provide the base for optimizing the model of transmission shaft.
