工矿用轨道维护器的设计

摘要 工矿企业内铺设的轨道主要用于平板车、矿车、电机车等设备在上面通过,时间长了轨道表面容易被氧化生锈,从而影响轨道的导电性能,导致设备在其上不能运行,影响工矿企业正常的生产,因此设计"轨道维护器"新产品,用来清除轨道上的铁锈,同时也起到润滑的作用,并对其结构进行运动分析,解决轨道维护困难问题。 The rails laid in industrial and mining enterprises are mainly used for equipment such as flatbed trucks, minecarts, and electric locomotives to pass through. It takes a long time for the surface of rails to be easily oxidized and rusted, thereby affecting the conductive properties of the rails and causing equipment to fail to operate on them. Affect the normal production of industrial and mining enterprises. Therefore, the new product of "track maintenance device" was designed to remove the rust on the track and also play the role of lubrication, and analyze the structure of the track to solve the difficult problem of track maintenance.
