乌鲁木齐市某三甲医院医护人员睡眠质量及影响因素

Sleep quality and influencing factors of doctors and nurses in a third-grade class-A hospital in Urumqi

目的比较新疆乌鲁木齐市某三甲医院医护人员的睡眠质量及影响因素。方法整群抽取新疆乌鲁木齐市某三甲医院临床医生203名和护士198名,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、社会支持量表、心理资本量表和觉察压力量表进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果临床医生和护士睡眠障碍发生率分别为38.92%和41.41%。年龄为30～39岁的医生、护士PSQI总分及各因子得分显著高于年龄<30岁的医生、护士(P<0.01)。工龄为6～10年的医生、护士PSQI总分及睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率日间障碍得分显著高于工龄<5、≥11年的医生、护士(P<0.05)。回归分析显示,觉察压力、社会支持及心理资本均是医生(β=0.374、0.285、0.174,均P<0.05)和护士(β=0.172、0.584、0.164,均P<0.05)睡眠质量的影响因素。结论新疆乌鲁木齐市某三甲医院医护人员睡眠障碍发生率较高,觉察压力、心理资本及社会支持对医护人员睡眠质量具有预测关系。

[Objective]To compare sleep quality and its influencing factors among doctors and nurses in a third-grade class-A hospital in Urumqi of Xinjiang.[Methods]203 doctors and 198 were collected from a third-grade class-A hospital in Urumqi of Xinjiang by cluster sampling,and were investigated by the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Perceived Social Support Scale,Psychological Capital Scale and Perceived Stress Scale,and the data were analyzed.[Results]The incidence rate of sleep disorders in doctors and nurses was 38.92% and 41.41% respectively. The e total scores of PSQI and the scores of all factors of the doctors and nurses aged 30-39 years old were significantly higher than those of the doctors and nurses<30 years old(P<0.01). The total scores of PSQI and the scores of subjective sleep quality,sleep latency,sleep time,sleep efficiency and daytime dysfunction of the doctors and nurses worked for 6-10 years were significantly higher than those of the doctors and nurses worked for <5 or ≥11 years(P<0.05). The results of regression analysis showed that the perceived stress,perceived social support and psychological capital were the influencing factor of the scores of sleep quality of the doctor s(β=0.374,0.285,0.174,all P<0.05) and nurses(β=0.172、0.584、0.164,all P<0.05).[Conclusion]The incidence rate of sleep disorder is high among doctors and nurses in thirdgrade class-A hospital in Urumqi of Xinjiang. Perceived stress,perceived social support and psychological capital has a predictive effect on the sleep quality of doctors and nurses.
