肿瘤科护士共情疲劳与应对方式的相关性研究

Correlation study between compassion fatigue and coping style of nurses in oncology

目的调查湖南省某市三级医院肿瘤科护士共情疲劳与应对方式现状,并探讨两者的相关性。方法采用便利抽样的方法对102位肿瘤科护士使用一般情况问卷、中文版共情疲劳简短量表、简易应对方式问卷进行调查。结果共情疲劳总分56.00±15.54,积极应对1.36±0.21,消极应对1.59±0.39;不同性别、婚姻、生育情况、工龄、职称、月夜班数等肿瘤科护士共情疲劳得分差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);共情疲劳总分及各个维度与消极应对呈正相关(均P<0.01)。结论肿瘤科护士存在着一定程度的共情疲劳,且与消极应对存在显著关系,护理管理者应及时关注肿瘤科护士的心理状况,采取有效性干预措施来降低肿瘤科护士的共情疲劳,有助于提高护理质量。

[Objective]To survey the status of compassion fatigue and coping styles of nurses in oncology of a tertiary hospital in a city of Hunan Province,explore the correlation between them.[Methods]A total of 102 nurses in oncology were selected in the research by convenience sampling method,and they were investigated by general situation questionnaire,the Chinese version of the Compassion Fatigue Scale and Simple Coping Style Scale.[Results]The total scores of compassion fatigue were 56.00±15.54.Positive coping score was 1.36 ±0.21 and negative coping score was 1.59 ±0.39. There were significant differences in compassion fatigue scores among nurses of different genders,marriages,childbearing status,working years,professional titles and number of monthly night shifts(all P<0.05). The total score of compassion fatigue and score of each dimension were positively correlated with negative coping styles(all P<0.01).[Conclusion]Oncology nurses have a certain degree of compassion fatigue,and have a significant relationship with negative coping. Nursing managers should pay attention to the psychological status of oncology nurses and take effective interventions to reduce the compassion fatigue of oncology nurses,which is helpful to improve the quality of nursing care.
