Hygienic status in public area before the operation of Wuhan subway stations in 2017

摘要 目的了解2017年武汉市新建地铁站运营前公共区域卫生状况。方法于2017年10—12月期间,对武汉市新建地铁站开展运营前卫生监测,监测内容包括室内空气和集中空调通风系统。结果室内空气监测结果显示细菌总数合格率为87.50%;集中空调通风系统监测结果显示送风细菌总数、送风真菌总数合格率分别为94.44%和83.33%;其余指标合格率均为100.00%;集中空调通风系统送风细菌总数、送风真菌总数与室内空气细菌总数检测结果呈正相关(P<0.05),集中空调通风系统风管真菌总数与风管细菌总数检测结果呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论微生物污染是2017年武汉市新建地铁站运营前公共区域的主要污染特征,其污染状况在集中空调通风系统与室内空气中存在一定的正相关性。 [Objective] To understand and analyze the hygiene status in public area before the operation of Wuhan subway stations in 2017.[Methods]From October to December of 2017,the hygiene monitoring was carried out before the operation of Wuhan subway stations,the monitoring range included indoor air and central air conditioning ventilation system.[Results]The results of the indoor air hygiene showed that the qualified rate of air bacteria was 87.50%. The results of central air conditioning ventilation system showed that the qualified rate of total bacterial count and total fungi count in the supply air was 94.44% and83.33% respectively. The qualified rates of other indexes were 100.00%. The total bacteria count and total fungi count in the air supply of central air conditioning ventilation system were positively correlated with the total bacteria in the indoor air(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between the total bacterial count and the total fungi count on the internal surface of central air conditioning ventilation system(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Microbial pollution is the main pollution characteristic of the public area before the operation of Wuhan subway stations in 2017. There is a positive correlation between the central air conditioning ventilation system and the indoor air.
