苏州市吴江区儿童家长对预防接种服务满意度及疫苗安全调查

Investigation of parents' satisfaction rate of vaccination service and vaccine safety in Wujiang District of Suzou City

目的了解儿童家长对预防接种服务的满意情况,分析目前预防接种服务和疫苗安全的现状,为进一步推进预防接种门诊规范化建设、提高服务质量提供参考依据。方法在文献总结和专家意见的基础上,自制问卷对吴江地区21个预防接种门诊,每个门诊对至少15名儿童家长进行调查。结果儿童家长对预防接种服务总体满意率较高(96.30%),各个项目的满意率都超过了90%。满意率与文化程度有关联,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与性别、年龄、居住区域、户口所在地和居住时间无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。家长获得儿童接种疫苗通知的方式主要是短信通知和预防接种证预约(占47.84%)。家长获得预防接种知识的渠道主要是医生(占72.53%)。家长对疫苗管理体系感到"优秀"和"良好"的占88.89%。多数家长提出希望工作人员改善态度,增加门诊时间和儿童游乐设施等。结论儿童家长对预防接种服务满意度高,但对疫苗安全相关评价情况的知晓率相对较低,今后要加强对家长的健康教育,在服务意识和儿童游乐设施等方面做进一步的改善。

[Objective]To understand the satisfaction rate of children’s parents with the vaccination service,analyze the current situation of the vaccination service and vaccine safety,and provide reference basis for promoting the standardized construction of the vaccination outpatient service and improving the service quality.[Methods]On the basis of literature review and expert opinions,the self-made questionnaire was used to investigate 21 vaccination clinics in Wujiang District and at least 15 parents in each clinic.[Results]The overall satisfaction rate of children’s parents with the vaccination service was high(96.30%),and the satisfaction rate of each item was over 90%. Satisfaction rate was related to the degree of education,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Satisfaction rate was not related to gender,age,residence area,residence location and residence time,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05). The main ways for parents to get children’s vaccination notification were short message notification and vaccination certificate reservation(47.84%). Doctors were the main way for parents to acquire vaccination knowledge(72.53%). 88.89% parents felt excellent and good about the vaccine management system. Most parents wanted medical staff to improve their attitudes and increase outpatient hours and children’s play facilities.[Conclusion]Parents of children have high satisfaction with vaccination services,but relatively low awareness of vaccine safetyrelated evaluation. In future,it is necessary to strengthen health education for children’s parents and further improve the service awareness and children’s amusement facilities.
