前列腺肿块体积与穿刺阳性和癌变相关性分析

摘要 目的探讨前列腺肿块体积与穿刺阳性和癌变相关性分析。方法选取2015年7月—2017年8月本院收治前列腺穿刺指征前列腺病变患者182例作为研究对象,根据患者前列腺体积大小分为A组(<30 ml)、B组(30~50 ml)、C组(>50 ml),患者均在超声引导下经直肠穿刺活检,比较各组穿刺阳性率;穿刺后患者均行前列腺切除术,术后病理检查为诊断"金标准",判定各组中癌变发生率,采用Pearson分析前列腺体积和穿刺阳性率及癌变率相关性。结果 A组患者穿刺阳性率、癌变率显著高于B、C组,B组患者穿刺阳性率和癌变率显著高于C组(P<0.05)。前列腺体积与穿刺阳性呈负相关性(r=-0.614,P<0.05);前列腺体积与癌变呈负相关性(r=-0.558,P<0.05)。结论前列腺肿块体积与穿刺阳性及癌变呈负相关性。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the volume of prostatic tumor and the positive puncture and carcinogenesis.Methods 182 cases of patients suffered with prostate lesions,those who would receive prostate puncture in our hospital during Jul.,2015 and Aug.,2017,were selected as study objects,the patients were divided into group A(<30 m L),group B(30~50 m L)and group C(>50 m L)according to the size of prostate.Trans-rectal biopsy was performed under ultrasound guidance.The positive rate of each group was compared.All patients underwent prostatectomy and postoperative pathological examination as the"gold standard"for diagnosis.The incidence of carcinogenesis in each group was determined.Pearson correlation between prostate volume,puncture positive rate and canceration rate was analyzed.Results The puncture positive rate and carcinogenesis rate in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and C(P<0.05).The puncture positive rate and canceration rate in group B were significantly higher than those in group C(P<0.05).Prostate volume was negatively correlated with puncture positive(r=-0.614,P<0.05).Prostate volume was negatively correlated with carcinogenesis(r=-0.558,P<0.05).Conclusions The volume of prostate mass is negatively correlated with puncture positive rate and cancerous rate.
