摘要
目的了解梅州地区泌尿生殖系支原体感染特点及药敏特征,为临床诊治提供依据。方法采用迪尔生物工程有限公司生产的支原体检测试剂盒检测,对解脲支原体(U.urealyticum,Uu)和人型支原体(M.hominis,Mh)进行培养,同时对12种抗菌素进行药敏试验。结果 17 075例送检样本中,支原体感染率为44.12%,其中Uu、Mh和Uu+Mh混合感染阳性率分别为35.63%、1.08%和7.41%;女性支原体阳性率高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同类型支原体的药物的敏感性不同,JOS、CLA、DOX、MIN、TET、AZI对Uu的敏感率分别为99%、96%、95%、95%、92%、89%,均明显高于其他类型。JOS、DOX、MIN对Mh的敏感率三者最高,分别为98%、97%、94%,其他抗菌素均表现为较高的耐药性。Uu+Mh混合感染者,JOS、DOX和MIN敏感率分别为94%、89%、87%。结论梅州地区支原体感染率较高,以Uu单独感染为主,但Mh单一感染及Uu+Mh混合感染耐药性较高,经验治疗首选多西环素、交沙霉素和美满霉素。
Objective To explore the features of genitourinary mycoplasma infection and its drug susceptibility in Meizhou district and to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods The mycoplasma detection kit produced by DL Bioengineering Co.Ltd.was used for detection,Ureaplasma urealyticum(U.urealyticum,Uu)and Mycoplasma hominis(M.hominis,Mh)were cultured,and twelve antibiotics were used for susceptibility testing.Results In the 17075 suspected specimens,the infection rate of mycoplasma was 44.12%.The positive rate of Uu and MH was 35.63%and 1.08%respectively and the positive rate of Uu and Mh mixed infection was 7.41%.The positive rate of female was higher than that of male and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Different types of mycoplasma have different drug sensitivity.The susceptibility rates of josamycin,clarithromycin,doxycycline,minocycline,tetracycline,and azithromycin to Uu were 99%,96%,95%,95%,92%and 89%,significantly higher than other types.The sensitivity rates of josamycin,doxycycline and methicillin to Mh were 98%,97%and 94%,and the other antibiotics showed high resistance.For patients suffered Uu and Mh mixed infection,sensitivity rates of josamycin,doxycycline and minocycline were 94%,89%,87%.Conclusions The infection rate of mycoplasma in Meizhou area was high,mainly infected by Uu alone,but the resistance of Mh and Uu+Mh mixed infection were the highest.Doxycycline,josamycin,minocycline are prior choices in treatment.
