疼痛护理在初产妇分娩患者中实施对产程和分娩结局影响

The influence of pain nursing on labor process and delivery outcome in primipara

目的探讨分析疼痛护理在初产妇分娩患者中实施对产程和分娩结局影响。方法选取2016年4月1日—2018年4月1日本院妇产科住院分娩的初产妇90例作为研究对象,随机分组为观察组(45例)与对照组(45例)两组。对照组初产妇采用传统助产护理模式;观察组初产妇在对照组基础上,针对性的实施疼痛护理措施。比较两组产妇第一产程潜伏期和活跃期、第二产程的疼痛程度,第一、第二、第三及总产程时间,及产后出血、剖宫产及新生儿窒息等分娩结局的发生情况之间的差异。结果观察组初产妇在第一产程潜伏期和活跃期、第二产程的疼痛程度VAS评分皆明显低于对照组(P<0.05),第一、第二及总产程时间皆明显短于对照组(P<0.05),产后出血、剖宫产及新生儿窒息发生率皆明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疼痛护理能够有效的减轻初产妇分娩患者疼痛感,缩短分娩产程,降低剖宫产率,改善分娩结局,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of pain nursing on labor process and delivery outcome in primipara.Methods From April 1,2016 to April 1,2018,90 primipara admitted to our hospital were collected and randomly divided into observation group(n=45)and control group(n=45).The traditional midwifery nursing mode was used in the control group,and the pain nursing measures were carried out in the observation group on the basis of the control group.The differences of the first stage of labor latency and active period,the pain in the second stage of labor,the first,second,third and total delivery time,and the occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage,cesarean section and neonatal asphyxia were compared between the two groups.Results The latency and active period of first labor process,VAS scores of the second stage of labor in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The first,second and total delivery time in observation group were significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,cesarean section and neonatal asphyxia was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pain nursing could effectively relieve the pain of primipara,shorten the labor process,reduce the rate of cesarean section,improve the outcome,and it is worth popularizing.
