PCI治疗冠心病对cTnI、apoE、HbA1c水平影响

摘要 目的探讨经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)治疗冠心病对心肌肌钙蛋白(cN nI)、载脂蛋白E(apo E)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA lc)水平的影响。方法选择2016年3月—2018年6月本院收治的84例冠心病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各42例。对照组采用药物保守治疗,观察组患者行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗前后cN nI、apo E和HbA lc指标水平变化。结果治疗后,观察组血清cN nI [(0.18±0.05) ng/ml]、HbA lc[(5.03±0.48)%]指标水平均显著低于对照组[(0.29±0.04) ng/ml、6.14±0.52)%],组间差异显著,P<0.05。治疗后,观察组血清apo E[(769.68±302.56) ng/ml]指标水平均显著低于对照组[(802.36±282.62) ng/ml],组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者PCI治疗可有效降低cT nI水平,改善HbA 1c升高情况,并降低apo E水平,有助于改善患者预后。 Objective To investigate the effects of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)on the levels of cardiac troponin(cN nI),apolipoprotein E(apo E)and glycated hemoglobin(HbA lc)in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 84 patients with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from March2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with drug for conservative treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated with percutaneous coronary intervention,and the changes of cN nI,apo E and HbA lc indexes of the two groups were compared before and after the treatment.Results After treatment,the serum levels of cN nI(0.18±0.05 ng/ml)and HbA lc(5.03±0.48%)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(0.29±0.04 ng/ml,6.14±0.52%),and the differences between the groups were statistically significant,P0.05.After treatment,the serum level of apo E(769.68±302.56 ng/ml)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(802.36±282.62 ng/ml),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusions PCI treatment for patients with coronary heart disease could effectively reduce the level of cT nI,improve the condition of increase of HbA 1 c,and reduce the level of apo E,which is helpful to improve the prognosis of patients.
