自拟前列腺汤Ⅱ治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效观察

The curative effect of self-designed prostate soup Ⅱ on chronic prostatitis

目的观察前列腺汤Ⅱ联合金砂五淋丸治疗慢性前列腺炎(CP)的疗效。方法选择2015年9月—2018年1月就诊于本院的CP患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例,对照组给予金砂五淋丸一次一袋,每日三次口服;治疗组在对照组基础之上加用前列腺汤Ⅱ每日1剂,水煎煮400 ml分早晚两次口服。1个月为一个疗程,连服3个疗程。结果治疗前,两组患者前列腺液中白细胞计数和卵磷脂小体计数差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,与对照组相比,治疗组的白细胞计数(t=2.969,P=0.006)明显降低,卵磷脂小体计数(t=3.360,P=0.002)有所升高。治疗前的中医主要症状积分对比差异没有统计差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,与对照组相比,治疗组的中医主要症状尿频(t=2.536,P=0.017),尿急(t=3.040,P=0.005),会阴部等局部坠胀(t=4.026,P=0.000),会阴部等局部疼痛(t=2.257,P=0.032),尿道灼热(t=2.065,P=0.048)积分降低。总有效率比较(χ~2=4.80,P=0.028),差异均具有统计学意义。结论自拟前列腺汤Ⅱ联合金砂五淋丸治疗慢性前列腺炎较单纯中成药治疗有更好的疗效,可能与改善前列腺局部热毒、血瘀症候有关。

Objective To observe the curative effect of self-designed prostate soupⅡcombined with Jinsha wulin Wan on chronic prostatitis(CP).Methods We randomly divided 60 patients with CP in this hospital into control group(n=30)and treatment group(n=30).The control group was given one bag of Jinsha wulin pill each time and three times per day and while the treatment group was given one prostate soupⅡof 400 ml(take orally twice in the morning and in the evening),besides the medication of the control group.They were treated for three courses,one course lasting for one month.Results Leukocyte count and lecithin body count in prostatic fluid of the two groups had no statistically significant differences before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with control group,leukocyte count in treatment group significantly decreased(t=2.969,P=0.006),while lecithin body count increased(t=3.360,P=0.002).The main symptoms of TCM in the two groups did not significantly differ before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with those in the control group,the scores for main symptoms like frequent urination(t=2.536,P=0.017),urinary urgency(t=3.040,P=0.005),bulge feeling of perineum(t=4.026,P=0.000),aching feeling of perineum(t=2.257,P=0.032),urethral burning(t=2.065,P=0.048)decreased in the treatment group.Total effective rate(χ^2=4.80,P=0.028),the differences were statistically significant.Conclusions The effect of self-designed prostate soupⅡcombined with Jinsha wulin pill in treating CP is better than Jinsha wulin pill alone,which may be related to improving heat-toxicity and blood stasis symptoms of prostatic region.
