人文关怀、音乐疗法与健康教育相结合对改善重症患者睡眠障碍、焦虑的效果分析

A study on effect of combination of humanistic concern and music therapy and health education on improving sleep and anxiety of patients with severe illness

目的探讨在人文关怀理念下,将音乐疗法与健康教育相结合,对改善重症患者睡眠质量、焦虑情绪和满意度的效果。方法便利抽样选取2018年6月—2018年9月在蚌埠市第三人民医院重症监护病房住院的52例符合研究要求的患者作为研究对象,将人文关怀需求指导下的改良床边播放器使用在患者身上,并比较使用前后其睡眠质量、焦虑评分和满意度变化。结果重症患者的睡眠得分干预后(6.04±1.267)显著低于干预前(12.21±1.499),表示睡眠质量有明显改善(P<0.05);干预后满意度得分(96.58±1.016)高于干预前(91.58±1.194),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);焦虑评分干预后(20.17±1.593)显著低于干预前(39.31±2.331),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在人文关怀需求的指导下将音乐疗法与健康教育相结合,可以有效地改善患者的睡眠质量,减轻焦虑情绪,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of combined music therapy and health education under the concept of humanistic care to improve sleep quality,anxiety and satisfaction of severe patients.Methods From June 2018 to September 2018,52 patients ever hospitalized in the intensive care unit of third people’s hospital of Bengbu those who met the research requirement were selected as the research objects.The modified bedside player guided by humanistic concern was applied in the patients.The changes of sleep quality,anxiety score and satisfaction were compared before and after treatment.Results After intervention,the sleep quality score decreased to 6.040±1.267 from 12.21±1.499,it means the sleep quality was significantly improved,P<0.05.The score of satisfaction after intervention(96.580±1.016)was higher than that before intervention(91.580±1.194),P<0.05.The anxiety score after intervention(20.170±1.593)was significantly lower than that before intervention(39.310±2.331),P<0.05.Conclusions The combination of music therapy and health education under the guidance of humanistic care could effectively improve patients’sleep quality,reduce anxiety and improve patients’satisfaction.
