摘要
分娩是巨大的体力消耗过程,为提高分娩结局和产妇的分娩满意度,积极的入量管理显得十分重要。本文回顾了产程入量管理的重要性、方式、种类等,建议低危产妇产程中不限制经口进食,对于产程中未能经口进食或出现脱水症状者建议静脉补液,补液种类以葡萄糖生理盐水为宜。
Childbirth is a physically demanding process. To improve the outcome of delivery and maternal satisfaction, active administering management becomes very important. This article reviews the importance, methods, and types of administering management of during the stage of delivery. It is recommended that lowrisk puerpera not limited from oral intake during the stage of delivery. For those who fail to eat or dehydrate during labor, intravenous rehydration is recommended. Glucose normal saline is preferred as the type of fluid for rehydration.
