癫痫是一种慢性的、反复出现的发作性疾病,是多种原因引起的脑功能障碍的表现。癫痫患儿的服药依从性受各种因素影响,且有待于提高。本文将从癫痫患儿服药依从性测量方法、服药依从性现状、影响因素和干预措施等方面进行综述,以期为提高癫痫患儿服药依从性和治疗效果提供参考依据。

Epilepsy is a chronic and recurrent paroxysmal disease which is a manifestation of brain disorder caused by many reasons. The medication adherence of epilepsy children is affected by various factors and remains to be improved. This paper reviewed the measuring methods, current situation, influencing factors and intervention of medication adherence among epilepsy children so as to provide a reference for improving medication adherence and treatment effects of epilepsy children.
