妇科千金片联合左氧氟沙星对盆腔炎患者治疗效果、安全性及炎性因子的影响

Curative effect and safety of Fuke Qianjin Tablet combined with levofloxacin in treatment of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease and the impact on inflammatory factors

目的探讨妇科千金片联合左氧氟沙星对盆腔炎患者治疗效果、安全性及炎性因子的影响,为研究盆腔炎患者更有效的治疗方式提供参考。方法选择2016年9月-2017年9月医院收治的盆腔炎患者120例随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组患者予常规治疗及左氧氟沙星抗炎治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上增加妇科千金片口服治疗。系统观察两组患者治疗效果、安全性及炎性反应。结果治疗后两组患者临床症状及体征评分量表各项目及总积分均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率95. 0%显著高于对照组患者的75. 0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。两组患者治疗前、后WBC、PLT、ALT及SCr比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0. 05);治疗后两组患者WBC、PLT、ALT及SCr比较差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。两组患者治疗后CRP、IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α均显著低于治疗前,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论妇科千金片联合左氧氟沙星能够显著提高盆腔炎患者临床治疗效果,降低患者炎性因子表达水平,且安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the curative effect and safety of Fuke Qianjin Tablet combined with levofloxacin in treatment of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease and the impact on inflammatory factors,provide a reference basis for researching more effective treatment for these patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease treated in the Fomlh People's Hospital of Wenling from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation gioup and control group,60 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated by conventional therapy and levofloxacin.The patients in observation group were treated by conventional therapy,levofloxacin,and oral administration of Fuke Qianjin Tablet.The curative effects,safeties,and inflammatory responses in the two groups were observed systematically.Results After treatment,the scores of each project and the total score of clinical symptom and sign scale in the two groups were statistically significantly lower than those before treatment,and the scores in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate in observation group was 95.0%,which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group (75.0%)(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of WBC,PLT,ALT,and SCr between before and after treatment in the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of WBC,PLT,ALT,and SCr between the two groups (P>0.05).In the two groups,the levels of CRP,IL-1,IL-6,and TNF-a after treatment were statistically significantly lower than those before treatment,and the levels in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Fuke Qianjin Tablet combined with levofloxacin can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the expression levels of inflanunatonr factors in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease,the safety is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
