中国政治学的恢复和发展与改革开放有着内在的联系,因此,对当代中国政治学作学术史回顾时需将其置于改革开放的社会背景下。近四十年来,中国政治学经历建构学科基础、提升研究规范和深化学术发展等三个阶段,第三个阶段既是前两个阶段的升华,也受到新时代社会环境的多重影响。研究表明,党和政府的高度重视、中国特色社会主义的独特实践、全球化趋势与科学技术的更新、中国政治学人的孜孜付出构成当代中国政治学发展的内在逻辑。中国政治学发展的内在动力在新时代将会持续供给乃至更加强大,中国政治学的前景是远大的。

The restoration and development of Chinese political science are intrinsically related to the reform and opening-up.Therefore,it is necessary to review the academic history of contemporary Chinese political science in the social background of reform and opening-up.In the past 40 years,Chinese political science has gone through three stages of constructing the discipline foundation,upgrading research norms and deepening academic development.And the third stage is not only the sublimation of the first two stages,but also multiply influenced by the social environment in the new era.The research shows that the great emphasis of the party and government,the unique practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the trend of globalization and the renewal of science and technology,and the constant efforts of Chinese political scholars jointly promote the development of contemporary Chinese political science.Meanwhile,the internal driving force of the development of Chinese political science will exist continually and even becomes stronger in the new era,and the prospect of Chinese political science is broad.
