高龄、失能、失独老人住宅适老化改造需求探究——以北京市东城区为例

A Probe into the Needs of Ageing, Disability and Desolation of Old People's Housing:Taking Dongcheng District of Beijing as an Example

通过调研,从居家环境和适老化改造需求两方面入手,总结高龄、失能、失独老人居家养老需求,并提出从建筑硬件改造、室内家具改装、康复辅助器具适配以及智能化助老服务设施4个方面提高住宅的适老性以及安全性、经济性、适用性3个改造原则。

Through research, starting from the two aspects of home environment and suitable ageing transformation, summed up the needs of senior citizens, disabled, and elderly people living in the home, and proposed from the transformation of building hardware, indoor fumiture modification, rehabilitation aids and intelligent assistanee. The service facilities improve the tenure of the residence and the three transformation principles of safety, economy and applicability.
