葛根芩连汤联合仙桔汤在慢性结肠炎治疗中的应用

Application of GegenQinLian Tang plus Xianju Tang in the Treatment of Chronic Colitis

为探讨葛根芩连汤联合仙桔汤在慢性结肠炎治疗中的应用效果及不良反应,选取2015年5月至2018年5月本院肛肠一病区收治的120例慢性结肠炎患者进行研究,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,即柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片(2g/次,4次/d)和诺氟沙星胶囊(0.2g/次,3次/d)口服;观察组在对照组治疗基础上,给予葛根芩连汤+仙桔汤口服。2组均治疗8周。对比2组治疗前后中医症状、病理检查、结肠镜检查评分,以及临床总体疗效和不良反应。结果显示,2组治疗前中医症状、病理检查、结肠镜检查评分比较差异均无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后,观察组中医症状、病理检查、结肠镜检查评分均明显低于对照组,P <0.05。治疗8周后,观察组总有效率(95.00%)明显高于对照组(76.67%),P <0.05。观察组不良反应发生率(6.67%)明显低于对照组(21.67%),P <0.05。结果表明,葛根芩连汤联合仙桔汤治疗慢性结肠炎,可有效改善患者体征和症状,提高临床疗效,降低不良反应发生率,安全性良好。

To investigate the efficacy and its untoward reaction of GegenQinLian Tang(Tang No.1)plus Xianju Tang(Tang No.2)in the treatment of chronic colitis(CC),this study enrolled 120CC patients treated in author's ward area(2015-05-2018-05)and randomly divided them into control group(60cases,routine western medication,i.e Salazosulfapyridine enteric-coated tablets,2g/time,4times/d,plus Norfloxacin capsule,0.2g/time,3times/d,all oral administration)and observation group(60cases,added with No.1 Tang+No.2Tang);8weeks after treatment both's following indexes were compared such as the score on TCM symptoms before and after treatment,pathological examination and coloscopy,as well as whole effect and adverse reaction.As results,in the score on above three items there was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05),but after treatment in observation group above scores were significantly lower than that in control group(P <0.05);8weeks after treatment in total effective rate,in adverse reaction incidence observation group was significantly higher,lower than control group[95.00%vs 76.67%,P <0.05,6.67%vs 21.67%,P <0.05].Results show that No.1Tang plus No.2Tang in the treatment of CC can effective improve patient's symptoms and signs,enhance effect,reduce the incidence of adverse reaction, as well as has good safety.
