围术期系统化护理对肛肠外科患者术后康复及自护能力的影响

Influence of Systematized Nursing at Perioperation on Postoperative Rehabilitation and Self-care Ability of the Patients in Colorectal Surgery Department

为观察围术期系统化护理对肛肠外科患者术后康复及自护能力的影响,将2015年1月至2017年12月于我院接受手术治疗的90例肛肠疾病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受围术期系统化护理。对比2组患者的护理效果。结果显示,观察组患者的健康知识水平、自我概念、自我责任感、自我护理技能及自我护理总分均显著高于对照组,P <0.05;观察组患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排便时间、术后疼痛、术后焦虑、住院时间及护理满意度方面均显著优于对照组,P <0.05。结果表明,对肛肠外科患者实施围术期系统化护理,能够显著提升其自我护理能力,促进其康复。

To investigate the influence of perioperative systematized nursing on postoperative rehabilitation and self-care ability of the patients in colorectal surgery department,90patients undergoing surgery for their colorectal diseases in author's hospital(2015-01-2017-12)were randomly divided into control group (45cases,routine nursing)and observation group(45cases,perioperative systematized nursing),then both's nursing efficacy were compared.As results,in the score on patients'issues such as health knowlege level, self idea,self responsibility,self-care skill and self-care observation group was significantly higher than control group(P <0.05);in the postoperative time of bowel-sound recovered,of first bowel movement,and of hospitalzation,in postoperative pain,in postoperative anxiety,and in nursing satisfactory degree,observation group was all superior to control group(P <0.05).Results show that above mentioned systematized nursing can significantly uplift patients'self-care ability,so promoting their rehabilitation.
