个体化健康教育结合康复锻炼在腹腔镜结肠癌根治术患者中的应用效果分析

Application Efficacy Analysis of Personalized Health Education Combined with Rehabilitation Exercise Applied in the Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Radical Procedure for Colonic Carcinoma

为探讨个体化健康教育结合康复锻炼在腹腔镜结肠癌根治术患者中的应用效果,将2016年12月至2018年4月于我院行腹腔镜结肠癌根治术的86例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例,对照组接受常规护理和个体化健康教育,观察组在对照组护理基础上接受康复锻炼。对比2组患者术后胃肠功能恢复情况及术后肠梗阻、感染、下肢静脉血栓等不良反应发生情况。结果显示,观察组患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间均明显短于对照组,术后肠梗阻、下肢静脉血栓发生率及不良反应总发生率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义,P <0.05。结果表明,对腹腔镜结肠癌手术患者实施个体化健康教育及康复锻炼,可有效促进患者术后胃肠功能恢复,降低肠梗阻、下肢静脉血栓发生率,具有临床应用价值。

To invcstigate the application efficacy of personalized health education combined with rehabilitation exercise applied in the patients undergoing laparoscopic radical procedure for colonic carcinoma. 86 cases to be subject to this procedure in authors hospital(2016-12-20 18-04) were randomly divided into control group ( 13 cases .routine nursing + personalized healt h education) and observation group ( 13 cases. on the basis of co nt rol group also added with rehabilitation exercise). which both groups postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery status.and untoward reactions incidence status such as intestinal obstruction. infection and veins thrombus of lower limbs, etc. were compared. As results, after surgery in the time of bowel sound recovered. of flatus from anus. of bowel movement observation group was all significantly shorter than control group ( P <C0.05 );in the incidence of untoward reactions such as intestinal obstruciion;veins thrombus of lower limbs observation group was all significantly lower than control group.there was statistical difference between the two groups( P<0.05).Results show that personalized health education and rehabilitation exercise can effectively promote paticntsz gastroi ntestinal fu net ion recovered. decli ne untoward reactions incidence such as intestinal obstruction and veins thrombus of lower limbs. thus has clinical application value.
