摘要
近年来,医患关系越发紧张,为了缓解这一社会问题必须加强医院的服务水平提升医院的专业技能,也要求能够加强全社会范围内的社会主义核心价值观宣传,提升患者和患者家属的自我素养。本文站在医院管理的角度上,提出医院门诊咨询台护士的语言沟通能力水平对于医院服务第一印象的影响,分析影响门诊咨询台护士的语言沟通水平的相关因素,如何提高门诊咨询台护士的语言沟通能力水平,旨在能够进一步的加强医院的服务质量,提高医院的业务水平,为创建和谐文明的医患关系奠定良好基础。
In recent years,the doctor-patient relationship has become more and more tense.In order to alleviate this social problem,it is necessary to strengthen the service level of the hospital and enhance the professional skills of the hospital.It is also necessary to strengthen the propaganda of socialist core values in the whole society and enhance the self-accomplishment of patients and their families.From the point of view of hospital management,this paper puts forward the influence of the level of language communication ability of nurses in outpatient consulting desk on the first impression of hospital service,analyses the relevant factors affecting the level of language communication of nurses in outpatient consulting desk,and how to improve the level of language communication ability of nurses in outpatient consulting desk,aiming at further strengthening the quality of hospital service and improving the hospital industry.The level of service lays a good foundation for building a harmonious and civilized doctor-patient relationship.
