摘要
对于小层间封层,灰浆量小,数据要求精确,顶替量难以把握,在替完水泥浆上提油管及反洗井过程中,油管的提放、清水的冲击压力会造成对灰浆的扰动,造成无灰面、等不合格的现象。我们设计出的工具,将水泥浆顶替至油管内,投入工具,继续顶替,当灰浆至预定深度后,工具与底座配合,将油管封闭,阻止油套换流,将灰浆稳定的留存在套管内,上提管柱直接候凝,注灰成功。
