我国钢结构住宅近期发展迅猛,作为钢结构住宅重要组成部分的楼盖体系对施工进度和造价等方面影响较大,探讨研究楼承板的设计及应用要点,对更好的发展钢结构住宅有很大的促进作用。本文通过对实际工作中积累的经验进行归纳总结,并结合前辈的经验,提出对楼承板设计及应用的建议,希望对同行业的从业人员有所帮助,共同思考楼承板在钢结构住宅中的未来发展。

With the rapid development of steel structure housing in China, the floor system, as an important part of steel structure residence, has a great influence on the construction progress and cost. Discussing the key points of design and application of building bearing plate accelerates the better development of steel structure housing. Through summing up the experience accumulated in the practical work and combining the experience of the previous generation, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the design and application of the floor plate, hoping to help the practitioners in the same industry. Think about the future development of building plate in steel structure residence.
