摘要
ITER内部线圈超导导体采用一种特殊工艺的不锈钢矿物绝缘导体(SSMIC),即内部采用铜导体,中间绝缘层及外部铠甲的三明治复合结构。不锈钢铠甲作为内部线圈导体的重要组成部分,其优异的性能是内部线圈导体正常运行的保障。针对ITER内部线圈超导导体项目中对材料性能的要求,详细研究了其常温、高温状态下的力学性能,并就导体成型过程中不锈钢的变形量对材料力学性能的影响进行了讨论。
ITER IVCs are made of a special conductor of stainless steel mineral insulated conductor(SSMIC), which is a sandwich composite structure with copper conductor, intermediate insulation layer and a stainless steel jacket.SS jacket is an important part of the IVC conductor, and the performance is the guarantee for the normal operation of IVC.Mechanical test at the elevated temperature was required in the ITER IVC conductor technical specification. This paper researched the mechanical test of the 316 LN jacket and the effect of the compaction on mechanical properties was also discussed.
