SSTR2和VEGF在胃癌组织中的表达及其意义

Expressions and significance of SSTR2 and VEGF in gastric carcinoma

目的探讨生长抑素受体2(SSTR2)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在胃癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测50例胃癌组织与30例癌旁组织中SSTR2和VEGF表达,分析两者的相关性及其与临床病理因素的关系。结果胃癌组织中SSTR2阳性表达率低于癌旁组织(34.0%vs.86.7%)(P<0.05),而VEGF表达高于癌旁组织(96.0%vs. 3.3%)(P<0.05)。SSTR2阳性表达与胃癌分化程度、浸润深度和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),而VEGF阳性表达与肿瘤直径、分化程度和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。胃癌组织中SSTR2表达与VEGF表达呈负相关(r=-0.63,P<0.05)。结论胃癌组织中SSTR2低表达和VEGF高表达可用于胃癌患者病情的评估。

Objective To investigate the expressions and significance of SSTR2(SSTR2) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in gastric carcinoma.Methods The expressions of SSTR2 and VEGF in gastric carcinoma(group A,50 cases) and in the tumor-adjacent tissues(group B,30 cases) were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method.The relationship between the expressions of SSTR2 and VEGF and with clinicopathological factors were analyzed.Results Compared with group B,the positive expression rate of SSTR2 was lower(34.0% vs.86.7%),but that of VEGF was higher(96.0% vs.3.3%) in group A(P<0.05).In group A,the positive expression rate of SSTR2 was closely related to the differentiation degree,invasion depth and lymphatic metastasis of gastric carcinoma(P<0.05),while the positive expression rate of VEGF was closely related to the tumor diameter,differentiation degree and lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05).The SSTR2 expression was negatively correlated with VEGF expression in the tissues of gastric carcinoma(r=-0.63,P<0.05).Conclusion The low expression of SSTR2 and high expression of VEGF in the tissues of gastric carcinoma can be used for the evaluation of the illness status of the patients with gastric carcinoma.
