基于城市空间演变的客运枢纽布局优化调整

The Optimization and Adjustment of Passenger Transport Hub Based on the Urban Spatial Evolution

为优化城市综合客运枢纽布局,总结了国内外枢纽布局的典型模式主要有方向式、中心式、集中式、均衡式,以北京市为例,根据近60年的城市人口增长、各产业比重变化、城市建成区面积扩展情况以及枢纽布局自身具备历史继承性、动态变化性等诸多特点,着重分析综合客运枢纽与城市空间演变之间相互促进、相互矛盾、共谋发展的辩证关系.以此为基础,提出综合客运枢纽布局优化的几点建议.

To optimize the layout of urban integrated passenger transport hub,the paper summarizes typical patterns of hub layout from China and other countries.The main patterns are including direction-based,center-based,centralization and balanced.Taking Beijing as an example,according to the urban population growth in recent 60 years,this paper analyzes the proportion change in each industries,the area expansion in the developed urban area and the historical inheritance and dynamic change of the hub layout.The analysis pays attention to the dialectical relationship between the integrated passenger transport hub and the urban spatial structure,such as mutual promotion,mutual contradiction and seeking development.Based on the analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the layout of the integrated passenger transport hub.
