北京市公共汽电车客运服务现状及优化对策

摘要 从现实角度出发,针对北京市公共汽电车客运服务管理规范实施以来存在的不足及问题展开深入的探讨,提出以乘客为中心、以问题为导向、与国际接轨的原则;从站台服务、车辆服务、行车服务等方面对北京市公共汽电车客运服务管理规范在现实中的问题进行了梳理,提出了解决的对策,对规范服务标准体系的科学完善提出了建议.旨在能对北京市公共汽电车的服务情况和乘客的乘车体验进行双重改善,也为向其他省市地区的服务推广奠定基础. Considering the actual conditions,this paper thoroughly reviews the problems of the management of bus/trolleybus operational services.It puts forward a few principles for the center which highlight the feeling of passengers,problem-oriented policing,and cosmopolitan services.This paper identifies the problems including the service condition of bus station,the vehicle itself and its’running conditions,and proposes the measurements to address the problems.It also gives some recommendations for developing guidelines and standards.This paper aims to not only improve the service condition of bus/trolleybus and feeling of passengers in Beijing,but also lay the foundation to promote these improving measures in other cities.
