简述了射流浮选机工作原理,重点描述了射流浮选在锌精选中的应用情况。700 t/d的硫精矿提质及回收锌车间采用射流浮选机作为精选设备,粗精矿经立式搅拌磨再磨后给入射流浮选机进行精选,经过3次精选后,锌品位由粗精矿中的12%～18%提高到精矿中的33%～40%。生产实践中锌精矿综合指标为:锌品位为38.68%,锌回收率为70.06%,铅含量为10.92%;提质硫精矿锌+铅的综合含量为1.08%。实践证明射流浮选机适用于细粒矿物浮选,且性能优越。

The working principle of the jet flow flotation machine was briefly introduced, and its application in zinc cleaning progress was emphatically described. The jet flow flotation machine was used as cleaning equipment in a 700 t/d workshop for quality improvement of sulfur concentrate and zinc recovery, the coarse concentrate was regrou nd in vertical stirring mill and then in put into the jet flow flotation machine for cleaning. After three cleanings, the zinc grade of the concentrate increased from 12%~18% to 33%~40%. During production practice, the comprehensive indexes of the zinc concentrate involved the zinc grade was 38.68%, the zinc recovery was 70.06%, the lead content was 10.92%, and the comprehensive content of zinc and lead in refined sulfur concentrate was 1.08%. The practice showed the jet flow flotation machine was suitable for flotation of fine-particle mineral with superior performance.
