摘要
针对电网跌落、闪断影响泵类高压变频器稳定运行的情况,结合大功率泵类负载特点,提出一种基于制动能量与变频器直流母线电压协调控制的低电压穿越方案。该方案可在低电压情况下,根据直流母线电压自动调整电动机减速制动能量,从而保证变频器的稳定运行。经现场试验,该方法稳定有效。
In view of the power grid drop and the flash break affecting stable operation of the high-voltage inverter applied to the pump, in combination with the characteristics of the large-power pump alike load, the paper proposed a low-voltage ride through scheme based on coordinated control between braking energy and inverter DC bus voltage. In the scheme, under low voltage condition, the deceleration braking energy of the motor was regulated according to the DC bus voltage, so as to ensure the stable operation of the inverte匚 Field test verified the effectiveness of the method.
