摘要
工作投入是描述教研员工作状态的重要构念,采用改编的教研员工作投入量表对来自全国31个省(区、市)的4 752名教研员进行调查。研究结果表明:教研员工作投入由活力、奉献和专注三个因素构成;我国教研员工作投入总体处于中等偏上水平;性别、编制、职称、机构类型和地区等不同层级的因素对教研员的工作投入有显著影响;女教研员的工作投入高于男教研员;有编制教研员的工作投入高于无编制教研员;随职称升高,教研员工作投入水平呈上升趋势;来自省级教研室和教科院/所的教研员,其工作投入水平均显著高于来自省级教育学院的教研员;从东部地区到东北、中部地区再到西部地区,教研员的工作投入水平逐渐降低。
Work engagement is an important construct to describe the mental state of teacher trainers at work. This study conducted a survey of 4,752 teacher trainers from 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities) in China. The results showed that teacher trainers’ work engagement is composed of three constructs: vigor, dedication, and absorption. The status quo of teacher trainer’ work engagement is above the average level. There are significantly different in work engagement among different genders, contract situations, professional titles, organization types, and areas. Work engagement of female teacher trainers is significantly higher than males. Work engagement of contract teacher trainer is significantly higher than those without contract. With the advancement of professional titles, teacher trainers’ work engagement is on the rise. Work engagement of teacher trainers from provincial Teacher Training Office and Academy of Educational Sciences is significantly higher than those from the provincial School of Education. Teacher trainers’ work engagement gradually decreases from the Eastern region to the Northeast, the Central region, and the Western region.
