摘要
以活性染料传统皂洗工艺为参照样,采用自制新皂洗剂DM、释酸剂DM-1代替传统高效皂洗剂XD-1,对皂洗工艺进行优化。新皂洗工艺的最优条件为:DM-1质量分数0.6%(omf)、DM质量分数1%(omf),温度90℃,时间20 min。与传统皂洗工艺相比,新工艺可省去酸中和步骤,缩短皂洗工艺时间,且染色样品色差与色牢度与传统工艺相当。
According to the traditional soaping process of reactive dyeings, the self-made surfactant compound DM and acid releaser DM-1 are used as new acidic soaping agents to replace the traditional efficient soaping agent XD-1, and the process is optimized. The optimal conditions for the new soaping process is DM-1 0.6%(omf), DM l%(omf), soaping at 90 °C for 20 min. Compared with the traditional soaping process, the new process can eliminate acid neutralization, shorten the soaping process, but the color difference and color fastness of the dyeings are comparable.
