5-氯-1-茚酮合成工艺改进

摘要 以3-(3-氯-苯基)-丙酰氯为原料,六氟异丙醇为溶剂,三氯化铝为催化剂,可以高收率环化得到茚虫威中间体5-氯-1-茚酮。该反应条件温和,且避免了大量路易斯酸的使用,符合绿色化学的原则。 5-Cloro-indan-1-one,the intermediate of indoxacarb,was prepared in high yield by cyclization of 3-(3-chloro-phenyl)-propionyl chloride in hexafluoroisopropanol under the catalysis of AlCl3.This reaction is mild without using a great deal of lewis acid,which meets the requirements of green chemistry.
