摘要
以α-甲基丙烯酸、烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚和丙烯酸甲酯(丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯)为单体合成三元共聚物分散剂,经红外与核磁确定其结构,用表面张力法测定其临界胶束浓度(CMC)。同时考察了分散剂添加量对600 g/L吡虫啉水悬浮剂(SC)的Zeta电势、热贮稳定性等的影响。结果表明,当分散剂C的添加量为6%时,600g/L吡虫啉SC具有更好的分散性能和稳定性。
Terpolymer dispersants were synthesized by usingα-methacrylic acid,allyl polyoxyethylene ether and methyl acrylate(ethyl acrylate,Butyl acrylate)as monomers.Their structures were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance.Moreover,the surface properties were evaluated using the surface tension method.We also investigated the effects of the addition of different amount of dispersants on the zeta potential,suspension rate,thermal storage stability of 600 g/L suspension concentrate(SC)of imidacloprid.The results showed that when the amount of dispersant C is 6%,imidacloprid SC has better dispersibility and stability.
