摘要 基于相反转法和复配乳化剂技术,制备了路用水性环氧树脂乳液的复配乳化剂,开发了与水性环氧树脂乳液有良好相容性的专用乳化沥青,并进行了沥青路面离析处治效果分析。结果表明:当乳化沥青、水性环氧树脂乳液、固化剂的配比为2∶2∶1时,制备的路面离析处治材料对中度离析AC-20材料试件表面进行一次涂刷处治效果最佳,处治后渗水系数从2 189mL·min^(-1)降低到89mL·min^(-1),冻融劈裂抗拉强度比提升了17%,动稳定度提升了30%以上,马歇尔稳定度提升20%左右。 Based on the phase inversion method and compound emulsifier technology,a compound emulsifier for waterborne epoxy resin emulsion was prepared,and a special emulsified asphalt with good compatibility with waterborne epoxy resin emulsion was developed,and the effect of asphalt pavement segregation treatment was analyzed.The results show that when the ratio of emulsified asphalt,waterborne epoxy resin emulsion to curing agent is 2∶2∶1,the prepared pavement segregation treatment material has the best effect on the surface of the moderately segregated AC-20 material.After treatment,the coefficient of permeability decreases from 2 189 mL·min^-1 to 89 mL·min^-1,the freeze-thaw splitting tensile strength ratio increases by 17%,the dynamic stability increases by more than 30%,and the Marshall stability improves by 20%.
