沥青搅拌设备滚筒对流区骨料料帘的分布形式 被引量:2

摘要 为了使沥青搅拌设备干燥滚筒对流区的骨料和热空气能最大程度地进行热交换,通过静态数学计算的方法,分析骨料在不同滚筒转速下对流区的料帘分布形式。结果表明:当滚筒旋转角速度提高时,骨料抛出的曲线曲率变小;滚筒旋转角速度减小时,可认为骨料在叶片的翼端点处做自由落体运动;叶片上骨料的自由表面与水平线之间夹角的跨度差呈增长趋势,且3种角速度下该角度均可近似为35°。应用FLUENT软件对骨料料帘截面做流体动力学分析发现,当滚筒旋转角速度为6.4r·min^(-1)时,骨料料帘分布情况较为靠中,边上扇形区域的面积也相对较小,满足最优热交换状态。 In order to maximize the heat exchange between aggregate and hot air in convection zone of drying drum of asphalt mixing plant,the curtain distribution of aggregate in convection zone at different drum speeds was analyzed by means of static mathematical calculation.The results show that when the rotational angular velocity of the drum increases,the curvature of the curve thrown by the aggregate decreases;when the rotational angular velocity of the drum decreases,the aggregate can be considered to be free-falling motion at the end of the blade;the span difference of the angle between the free surface and the horizontal line of aggregate on the blade increases,and the angle can be approximated to 35°under the three angular velocities.The fluid dynamics analysis of the cross section of the aggregate material was carried out by FLUENT.When the rotating angular velocity of the drum is 6.4 r·min^-1,the aggregate curtain is relatively in the middle,and the fan-shaped area on the edge is relatively small,which meets the optimal state of heat exchange.
