摘要
为了确保钢桥面铺装层具有良好的抗水损害能力,通过拉拔试验和剪切试验对钢桥面铺装防水黏结层施工控制进行研究,分析钢板表面粗糙度、MMA防水黏结体系各层厚度、施工温度、环境湿度等对其黏结强度和抗剪强度的影响。结果表明,钢桥面粗糙并涂抹环氧富锌底漆能提高防水黏结层的黏结强度,底漆厚度以60~80μm为宜,MMA的厚度宜选择2.5~3.5mm,黏结层厚度以80μm左右为宜,各层的施工宜在25℃~40℃下完成,环境相对湿度不超过60%。
In order to ensure that the steel bridge deck pavement has good water damage resistance,the construction control of waterproof bonding layer of steel bridge deck pavement was studied by tensile test and shear test,and the effects of surface roughness of steel plate,thickness of each layer of MMA waterproof bond system,construction temperature and environmental humidity on its bond strength and shear strength were analyzed.The results show that rough steel deck and epoxy zinc-rich primer can improve the bonding strength of waterproof bonding layer.The appropriate thickness of primer is 60-80μm,the appropriate thickness of MMA is 2.5-3.5 mm,and the appropriate thickness of bonding layer is 80μm.The construction of each layer should be completed at 25℃-40℃,and the relative humidity of environment should not exceed 60%.
