摘要
双主梁式钢板组合梁桥,在中小跨径桥梁中有良好的应用前景.由于其钢板主梁间距较大,桥面板正应力在桥横向的分布更加不均匀,剪力滞效应显著.结合工程实例,通过有限元分析,计算了双主梁式钢板组合梁桥的桥面板翼缘有效宽度.为保证桥面板作为主梁受压翼缘的利用率,依据我国现行规范,结合有效宽度计算结果推导了双主梁式钢板组合梁桥主梁间距的计算公式,根据统计资料,对桥梁宽跨比及主梁间距与桥面宽度的比值等几何构造参数进行了初步分析,以期为双主梁钢板组合梁桥构造设计提供参考依据.
The double-beam steel plate composite bridge has a good application prospect in medium-span bridge. However, due to the large spacing of the main beams, the normal stress distribution of the deck slab in the transverse direction of the bridge is not uniform and the shear lag effect is obvious. Through the finite element analysis, the effective width of deck flange of double-beam steel plate composite bridge is calculated. In order to ensure the utilization ratio of bridge deck as the compression flange of main beam, according to the current standards of our country, the formula for calculating the space between the main beams of the double-beam steel plate composite continuous bridge is derived based on the calculation of the effective width. Based on the statistical data, the geometric construction parameters such as the ratio of width to span of the bridge and the ratio of main girder spacing to bridge deck width are preliminarily analyzed. This work is expected to provide a reference for the structural design of double-beam steel plate composite bridge.
