摘要
东营联合石化有限责任公司4×104 Nm3/h制氢装置由LPEC设计。自2014年开工运行后,装置催化剂和吸附剂性能明显下降,氢气产量与纯度偏离了设计要求,以及转化气蒸汽发生器出现问题、管板腐蚀严重,严重影响装置的正常生产。此外,新建260万t/a重油加氢裂化项目会导致全厂氢气不平衡,出现供氢不足,而新建项目中重整PSA装置的解吸气(含烷烃高)与现有原料焦化干气相比,能为制氢装置更提供更优质的原料。通过对装置的扩能改造,既能解决供氢能力不足的问题,又能优化资源利用,同时可保证装置长期稳定安全运行。
The 4×10^4 Nm^3/h hydrogen production unit of Dongying Unite Petroleum and Chemical Co.,Ltd. was designed by LPEC. Since its operation in 2014,the performance of catalyst and adsorbent of the unit has significantly declined,the production and purity of hydrogen have deviated from the design requirements, the problems of converted gas steam generator and serious corrosion of tube and plate have seriously affected the normal production of the unit. In addition, the construction of 2.6 Mt/a heavy oil hydrocracking project will lead to the imbalance of hydrogen and insufficient supply of hydrogen in the whole plant. In the new project, the desorption gas(high alkane content) of reforming PSA unit can provide better raw materials for hydrogen production unit than the existing raw materials, coking dry gas. The capacity expansion transformation of the unit can not only solve the problem of insufficient hydrogen supply, but also optimize resource utilization and ensure the long-term stable and safe operation of the unit.
