电子生物反馈仪改善脑梗死后吞咽障碍的效果分析 被引量:2

Effect of Electronic Biofeedback Apparatus on Improvement of Dysphagia after Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的:探讨电子生物反馈仪改善脑梗死后吞咽障碍的效果。方法:将100例脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组采用常规康复训练,观察组则在常规康复训练基础上配合电子生物反馈仪辅助治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为94. 0%,显著高于对照组的70. 0%(P<0. 05);观察组F0IS、SSA评分改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0. 05)。结论:电子生物反馈仪改善脑梗死后吞咽障碍的效果显著,值得临床推广。 Objective: To investigate the effect of electronic biofeedback apparatus on improvement of dysphagia after cerebral infarction. Methods:100 cases of patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group(n=50) and observation group(n=50), the control group treated with conventional rehabilitation training while observation group combined with electronic biofeedback apparatus, compared the efficacy of the two groups. Results: The overall response rate of observation group was 94.0%,which was significantly higher than 70.0% that of control group(P<0.05);the improvement of FOIS and SSA scores in observation group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Electronic biofeedback apparatus is effective in improving dysphagia after cerebral infarction, which deserves clinical promotion.
