The Influence of High-Quality Nursing Service on Compliance of Chemotherapy Patients with Cervical Cancer

目的:分析优质护理服务对宫颈癌化疗患者依从性的影响。方法:将84例宫颈癌化疗患者随机分为观察组和对照组各42例,观察组实施优质护理,对照组则给予常规护理,观察两组依从性及抑郁、焦虑等不良情绪的变化。结果:护理后,观察组依从率为97.62%,显著高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);观察组SDS评分、SAS评分改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务可提高宫颈癌化疗患者的治疗依从性,值得推广应用。

Objective: To analyze the influence of high-quality nursing service on the compliance of chemotherapy patients with cervical cancer.Methods: 84 cases of chemotherapy patients with cervical cancer were randomly divided into observation group(n=42) and control group(n=42), the observation group received high-quality nursing while control group accepted conventional nursing, observe the change of compliance and unhealthy emotions such depression and anxiety of the two groups. Results: After nursing, the compliance rate of observation group was 97.62%, which was significantly higher than 83.33% that of control group(P<0.05);the improvement of SDS and SAS scores in observation group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: High-quality nursing service can improve the compliance of chemotherapy paitents with cervical cancer, which deserves promotion and application.
