八段锦防治原发性高血压及其机制研究进展

Research Progress of Baduanjin in Prevention and Treatment of Essential Hypertension and Its Mechanism

八段锦作为一种辅助治疗疾病的手段正逐步应用于临床,针对各类疾病具有良好疗效,现将其在原发性高血压领域的临床应用及机制进行综述,以期为科研与临床工作提供更多信息与依据。结果表明:八段锦对防治原发性高血压有独特优势,防治机制与调节血脂、血糖、肥胖、心理因素及体液因子等原发性高血压的危险因素有关。

As an adjuvant treatment for diseases, Baduanjin is gradually applied in clinical practice and has good curative effect for all kinds of diseases. This article reviews its clinical application and mechanism in the field of essential hypertension, in order to provide more information and basis for scientific research and clinical work. The results show that Baduanjin has unique advantages in prevention and treatment of essential hypertension, which mechanism is associated with the risk factors of essential hypertension such as regulating blood lipid, blood glucose, obesity, psychological and humoral factors.
