摘要
总结1例颈部脊髓损伤导致神经源性膀胱患者围手术期的整体护理措施,术前良好的心理护理及充足的胃肠道准备是手术顺利开展的前提条件,术后严密的病情观察、并发症的预防及精心的护理是手术成功的关键,对提高患者的生活质量及长期的存活率至关重要。
By summarizing the postoperative holistic nursing measures for 1 patient with neurogenic bladder due to cervical spinal cord injury, we found that good preoperative psychological nursing and adequate gastrointestinal preparation are prerequisites for smooth operation, postoperative strict observation of illness, complications prevention and careful nursing are the key to successful operation, which are essential to improve the patient’s life quality and long-term survival rate.
