优质护理在甲状腺手术患者围术期患者中应用的意义研究

Significance of High Quality Nursing in Perioperative Patients with Thyroid Surgery

目的探讨优质护理对甲状腺手术患者围术期患者应用的意义。方法选取2016年2月至2017年2月在大连市友谊医耳鼻咽喉头颈外科就诊的80例甲状腺手术术后患者,随机分组,对照组40例,使用普通护理,试验组40例,在对照组的基础上使用优质护理。比较两组患者护理后术后并发症和对护理的满意度。结果试验组术后并发症低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对甲状腺手术术后患者采取围手术期优质护理,可以明显降低术后并发症,值得在临床推广。

Objective To study the quality of nursing in patients with thyroid surgery patients with perioperative application meaning. Methods From February 2016 to February 2016 in dalian friendship hospital otolaryngology head and neck surgery of 80 cases of patients with thyroid surgery, a randomized, control group 40 cases, use of ordinary care, experimental group 40 cases, on the basis of the control group used high quality nursing care.Compare two groups of patients after nursing care of postoperative complications, and satisfaction of nursing. Results The patients of postoperative complications, lower than the control group, nursing satisfaction is higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with thyroid surgery perioperative nursing quality, can significantly reduce the postoperative complications, improve nursing satisfaction, is worth popularizing in clinical.
