寒温并用法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Cold and Warm Chinese Herbs in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的研究慢性萎缩性胃炎患者采取寒温并用法治疗的临床效果。方法选择我院2015年12月至2017年12月纳入的102例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,按照随机数字法分为研究组与对照组各51例,研究组采取寒温并用法,对照组采取常规西药,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组总有效率96.08%较对照组84.31%提高(P <0.05);治疗前两组症状积分无明显差别(P> 0.05),治疗后研究组积分较对照组低,差别具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论慢性萎缩性胃炎患者采取寒温并用法治疗效果显著,有效缓解临床症状,促进病情快速恢复,提高生活质量。

Objective To study the clinical effect of cold and warm Chinese herbs in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Method 102 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated from September 2015 to February 2017 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups,51 cases each group. The study group took the cold and warm Chinese herbs;the control group took the conventional western medicine. The clinical effect was analyzed. Result The total effective rate for study group(96.08%) was significantly higher than control group(84.31%)(P <0.05);before treatment,the clinical symptom scores for two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after treatment, the clinical symptoms scores for study group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The cold and warm Chinese herbs have an obvious effect in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis, can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms, promote their fast recovery and improve their quality of life.
