优质康复护理对脑卒中患者肢体功能的影响效果研究

Effect of Quality Rehabilitation Nursing on Limb Function in Stroke Patients

目的观察优质康复护理对脑卒中患者肢体功能影响的临床疗效。方法选取自2017年1月至2017年10月于沈阳市第一人民医院康复科病房收治的脑卒中后遗症患者60例,采用信封法随机分组,对照组30例,应用常规康复护理模式干预,试验组30例,应用优质康复理模式干预,观察两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、躯体功能评分及Barthle指数。结果康复治疗后:①对照组神经功能缺损评分(17.83±3.86),试验组(11.33±3.41);②对照组躯体功能评分(63.72±9.33),试验组(83.92±11.36);③对照组Barthle指数(42.64±7.66),试验组(55.59±8.45),两组数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。说明优质康复护理后脑卒中后遗症病情有所改善。结论优质康复护理模式可有效恢复神经功能损伤,促进肢体功能,改善自理能力,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of quality rehabilitation nursing on limb function in patients with stroke. Methods From January 2017 to October 2017, 60 cases of stroke sequelae were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Shenyang. 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation nursing intervention, the experimental group were treated with high quality rehabilitation intervention. Observed the neurological deficit scores, body function scores and Barthle index. Results The neurological of control group(17.83±3.86),the test group(11.33±3.41);② The physical function of control group(63.72±9.33), the test group(83.92±11.36);③ The Barthle of control group(42.64±7.66),test group(55.59±8.45), the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). After quality rehabilitation care stroke sequelae have improved. Conclusion The high quality rehabilitation nursing model can effectively restore the nerve function, improve the living ability.
