优质中医护理对腰麻术后患者下肢功能的影响效果研究

Effect of High Quality Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Lower Limb Function in Patients after Spinal Anesthesia

目的探讨优质中医护理对腰麻术后患者下肢功能的临床效果观察。方法选取自2016年6月至2017年6月于大连市中医医院手术室接受腰麻治疗的患者60例,通过信封法随机分组,对照组30例,应用常规护理,试验组30例,应用优质中医护理,观察两组患者的VAS疼痛评分、下肢功能恢复时间及临床护理满意度。结果试验组VAS疼痛评分、下肢功能恢复时间明显小于对照组,临床护理满意度高于对照组,有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论优质中医护理干预方案可有效促进患者下肢循环,缩短术后复苏时间,尽早恢复下肢功能活动,通经止痛,护理满意度理想,临床可广泛推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high quality Chinese nursing on lower limbs function of patients after spinal anesthesia. Methods From June 2016 to June 2017, 60 patients undergoing spinal anesthesia in operation room of Dalian TCM Hospital were randomly divided into three groups:control group(n=30), routine nursing group(n=30) Applying high-quality Chinese medicine, VAS pain score, functional recovery time and clinical nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed. Results VAS pain score and functional recovery time of lower extremity in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group. The satisfaction rate of clinical nursing was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The high-quality TCM intervention program can effectively promote lower limb circulation and shorten the time of postoperative recovery, relieve pain and relieve pain. The nursing satisfaction is ideal and clinical application can be widely promoted.
